1Delivery options and prices

The options you can choose from are worked out automatically at checkout from what's in your basket and your delivery postcode, so you'll only ever see the ones that apply to your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch.

2UK stock and European warehouse items

Every product page shows where the item is stocked:

Your basket also shows an estimated delivery date for each item, so you can see exactly when to expect it before you check out.

Ordering UK stock and warehouse items together

If your basket contains any warehouse item, your order uses Warehouse Delivery and you only pay the delivery charge once (or nothing, on orders of £100 or more). Your UK-stocked items are dispatched separately and will usually arrive first, so you may receive your order in more than one parcel.

3Same-day dispatch

UK-stocked orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Warehouse items are dispatched from our European warehouse and their delivery estimate already allows for this.

4Highlands, islands and offshore postcodes

Couriers charge more to reach some parts of the UK, so deliveries to the postcodes below are charged at £24.99. Free delivery on orders of £100 or more doesn't apply to these postcodes.

5Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking code, so you can follow it all the way to your door. If you have an account, you can also check your order status under My Account > Orders.

If your order contains UK stock and warehouse items, you'll get tracking details for each parcel as it's dispatched.

6Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland. We can't deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK at the moment.

We're an online-only store, so there's no shop to collect from. Every order is delivered to the address you give at checkout.

7Age-restricted and hazardous items

Airsoft guns, airsoft gas and pyrotechnics can only be sold to customers aged 18 or over, and you may be asked to verify your age. Gas and pyrotechnics are also classed as hazardous goods for transport, so couriers can restrict how they're shipped.

Realistic imitation firearms (RIFs) can only be sold to buyers with a valid defence, such as UKARA registration. See our FAQs on UK airsoft law for more.

8Late, missing or damaged deliveries

• Not arrived yet? Check the estimated delivery date and your tracking first. Warehouse items take longer, and orders with both kinds of item can arrive in separate parcels.
• Past the estimated date? Contact us with your order number and we'll chase it with the courier.
• Arrived damaged, or something's missing? Let us know as soon as possible, ideally with photos, and we'll put it right. See our Returns Policy.
