Ordering & payment

Placing an order, paying securely and changing an order.

Add the items you want to your basket, then go to the basket and choose Checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose a delivery method and pay. As soon as your order goes through you'll get an order confirmation email.

If you have an account, the order will also appear under My Account > Orders.

We accept:

  • Debit and credit cards: Visa and Mastercard
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • PayPal, including PayPal finance (pay later)
  • Klarna and Clearpay, to spread the cost

The options available for your order are shown at checkout. Pay-later and finance options are subject to the provider's own approval and terms.

Yes. Our website is secured with an SSL certificate, so the connection between your browser and our site is encrypted. When you pay by card you're passed to our card provider's secure payment system, and your card details are encrypted before they're sent.

We never see or store your full card details. More detail is on our Security page.

Contact us as soon as possible using our contact form with your order number, and we'll do our best to change or cancel it before it's dispatched.

If your order has already been sent, you can still return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving them. See how to return an unwanted item.

First check your junk or spam folder, as confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you have an account, you can also check whether the order went through under My Account > Orders.

Still nothing? Contact us with the name and email address you used and we'll check for you. Please don't place the order again until we've confirmed, so you aren't charged twice.

For wholesale enquiries, use our contact form and choose Wholesale Account as the enquiry type. Tell us about your business and what you're looking for and we'll get back to you.

No, we're an online-only store, so there's no shop to visit or collect from. Every order is delivered to the address you give at checkout. If you have a question about a product, get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Delivery & stock

Delivery times, stock locations and tracking.

It depends on where the item is stocked (shown on every product page) and the delivery option you choose:

  • In Stock (UK): UK Standard takes 3 to 5 working days, and UK Next Day takes 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
  • In Stock at European Warehouse: 5 to 15 working days.

Each item also shows an estimated delivery date in your basket. Full details are on our Delivery Information page.

If your basket contains any European warehouse item, your order uses Warehouse Delivery and you only pay the delivery charge once. Your UK-stocked items are dispatched separately and usually arrive first, so your order may come in more than one parcel.

If you want UK Next Day on your UK-stocked items, place them as a separate order.

  • UK Standard: £6.95
  • UK Next Day: £9.95
  • Warehouse Delivery: £5.95
  • Highlands and Islands: £24.99 for selected Scottish and offshore postcodes
  • Free delivery on orders of £100 or more (excluding Highlands and Islands postcodes)

The options that apply to your order are shown at checkout. See our Delivery Information page for the full postcode list.

As soon as your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking code. If your order comes in more than one parcel, you'll get tracking for each. If you have an account, you can also check your order status under My Account > Orders.

Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland. We can't currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or overseas.

Check the estimated delivery date on your order and any tracking updates first. Remember that European warehouse items take longer. It's also worth checking with neighbours and any safe place you've used before.

If it's past the estimated date, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it with the courier for you.

Yes. Airsoft gas and pyrotechnics are classed as hazardous goods for transport, so couriers place restrictions on how they can be shipped. That can limit the delivery options available for these items.

Both are also age-restricted, see age restrictions. Our guide to airsoft pyro and grenades in the UK covers the rules in more detail.

Returns & refunds

Sending something back and getting your money back.

Yes. You can return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving them. Please contact us before posting anything back.

  • Items must be complete, with all original packaging, and in an "as new", resaleable condition.
  • You pay for the return postage. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as we can't cover items lost or damaged on the way back to us.
  • Items returned incomplete or handled more than you'd need to inspect them may have a deduction from the refund.
  • If you cancel your whole order, we'll also refund your delivery charge, up to the cost of UK Standard delivery.

Full details are in our Returns Policy.

For health protection reasons, unwanted eye protection (goggles, glasses and similar) can only be returned if it's still sealed in its original packaging. Once it's unsealed we can't verify whether it has been used or impacted. Items customised to your order, such as two-tone finishes, also can't be returned simply because they're unwanted.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights. If either is faulty or not as described, you're covered, see faulty items.

  1. Use our contact form and choose Returns as the enquiry type.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s), the reason for returning and whether you'd like a refund, repair or replacement.
  3. Wait for us to confirm before posting anything. Items sent back without being booked in may take longer to process, or may not be accepted.
  4. Pack the items securely, write your order number clearly on the outside and include a note with your contact details inside.

Refunds always go back to the original payment method used for the order. Once a refund is agreed we normally process it straight away, and it should reach your account within 7 working days. At busy times it can take a little longer, but we aim to issue all refunds within 14 days.

Sorry about that. Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we'll arrange to collect it or send you a prepaid returns label. We'll then send the correct item or give you a refund, whichever you prefer.

Faults & warranty

What to do if something goes wrong with your kit.

If an item develops a fault within 30 days of you receiving it, contact us to book the return. We'll normally send a prepaid label or arrange a collection. Once we've inspected it, and as long as the fault isn't down to misuse, you can choose a refund, replacement or repair.

This is in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • 30 days to 6 months: after inspection, unless the fault is down to misuse, we'll repair it free of charge, or offer a replacement or refund if a repair isn't possible.
  • 6 to 12 months: we'll inspect it free of charge. If it's a manufacturing defect, we'll repair it for free.
  • Over 12 months, or not covered: we may still be able to repair it as a chargeable service, and we'll always talk you through the cost first.

Faults caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear aren't covered. Common examples include:

  • Permanent modifications, or stripping a gun further than normal cleaning
  • Using poor-quality or reused BBs
  • Using the wrong battery, such as an 11.1V LiPo in a gun that isn't rated for it, or the wrong charger
  • Using unsuitable lubricants such as WD40 or mineral oil
  • Damage from dropping, mud or debris, or from using the wrong tools (such as ball-headed Allen keys)

Not sure? Ask us before you open it up.

Some products include a manufacturer's warranty on top of your statutory rights. Its terms are set by the manufacturer, so contact them directly with your proof of purchase if you want to use it. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to anything you buy from us, whatever the manufacturer offers.

UK airsoft law

Age checks, RIFs, two-tones, UKARA and carrying kit in public.

You must be 18 or over to buy airsoft guns (both realistic and two-tone), airsoft gas and pyrotechnics. It's against the law to sell these items to anyone under 18, so you may be asked to verify your age.

Clothing, pouches, patches and most accessories aren't age-restricted.

A RIF is a realistic imitation firearm: an imitation that's so realistic it could be mistaken for a real firearm. Most airsoft guns in realistic colours (black, tan, olive) are RIFs.

Under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006, selling a RIF is restricted. A retailer can only sell one to a buyer who has a valid legal defence, and for airsoft that defence is taking part in skirmishing at a properly run site.

UKARA (the UK Airsoft Retailers Association) runs a database of registered skirmishers, which retailers use to check a buyer has a valid defence to buy a RIF.

To register, you normally play at least 3 games over a period of at least 56 days (2 months) at the same UKARA-registered site. The site then registers you, and you'll get a UKARA number to give at checkout. Registration lasts 12 months and is renewed by continuing to play.

Read more in our guide: UKARA, RIFs and two-tones explained.

Yes, if it's a two-tone. A two-tone is an imitation firearm that's mostly (at least 51%) brightly coloured, so it isn't classed as realistic. You don't need UKARA or another defence to buy one, but you must still be 18 or over.

No. Painting or modifying a two-tone so it looks like a real firearm counts as manufacturing a RIF, which is a criminal offence under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 unless you have a valid defence. If you're a registered skirmisher, buy a RIF instead.

It's an offence to have an imitation firearm in a public place without a reasonable excuse. Travelling to and from a game or a shop is generally a reasonable excuse, but always keep it out of sight in a closed gun bag or case, unloaded, and go straight to where you're going.

Never take one out in public. Members of the public and the police can't tell it isn't real.

Kit & tech advice

BBs, batteries, gas, eye protection and maintenance.

  • 0.20g: a common starting point for pistols and lower-powered guns.
  • 0.25g: the most popular choice for AEGs and gas rifles. More stable and less affected by wind.
  • 0.28g and heavier: for higher-powered and upgraded guns, especially DMRs and snipers.

Many sites insist on biodegradable BBs, so check before you go. More in Airsoft BBs explained, or shop BBs.

Yes. Cheap BBs often have seams, bubbles or uneven weight, which ruins accuracy and can shatter inside the gun, damaging the hop-up rubber and inner barrel. That damage isn't covered as a fault. Stick to well-known brands and never reuse BBs picked up off the floor.

Check three things:

  1. Connector: it must match your gun (usually Deans/T-plug or mini Tamiya), or you'll need an adaptor.
  2. Size and shape: it has to fit where your gun stores its battery, such as the stock, handguard or buffer tube.
  3. Voltage: 7.4V LiPo is a common choice. Only use an 11.1V LiPo if your gun is specifically rated for it, as it can damage the gearbox and isn't covered.

Shop batteries or chargers.

  • Only use a LiPo balance charger. Never charge a LiPo on a NiMH charger, or the other way round.
  • Never leave a charging battery unattended, and charge it in a LiPo safe bag.
  • Store LiPos at storage charge (about 3.8V per cell), somewhere cool and dry.
  • Stop using any battery that's swollen, punctured or damaged, and dispose of it at a battery recycling point.

Most gas blowback (GBB) pistols and rifles run on green gas, filled into the magazine. CO2 comes in small cartridges and only works in guns and magazines designed for it, where it gives more power and copes better in the cold.

Never put CO2 into a green gas magazine, and always use what your gun's manufacturer recommends. Gas performance drops in cold weather. Shop gas.

Eye protection is non-negotiable. Most UK sites require full-seal, impact-rated goggles or glasses (look for ratings such as EN166 or ANSI Z87.1), and many don't allow mesh eye protection. Younger players are usually required to wear full-face protection.

Check your site's rules before you buy. Our guide Airsoft eye and face protection explained goes into detail, or shop eye protection and face protection.

  • Clean the inner barrel regularly with a cleaning rod and a dry cloth.
  • Use silicone oil made for airsoft on gas guns and seals. Never use WD40 or mineral oils.
  • Keep gas magazines stored with a little gas in them to keep the seals healthy.
  • Leave gearbox work to a qualified technician. Taking it apart yourself can void cover.

Full guide: Airsoft gun maintenance.

That's almost always the hop-up, the part that puts backspin on the BB. Too little and BBs drop; too much and they curve upwards. Adjust it a little at a time, use good-quality BBs of the right weight, and keep the barrel clean.

Step by step: How to set up your airsoft hop-up.

You can browse everything we stock by brand on our Airsoft Brands page. Each brand page lists all of that brand's products.

Getting started

New to airsoft? Start here.

Less than you'd think. Most sites offer rental packages with a gun, eye protection and BBs, so you can try it before buying. Bring comfortable clothing you don't mind getting muddy, sturdy boots, gloves, water and food.

Our checklist covers everything: What to bring to your first airsoft game.

Start with what keeps you safe and comfortable: eye and face protection first, then gloves and boots. Your own gun can come later, once you know what style of play you enjoy (and once you have UKARA, if you want a RIF).

See Your first airsoft loadout and AEG vs gas vs spring vs HPA.

Look for a local airsoft site that runs organised games with marshals and safety checks. If you're in the Midlands, our sister company OP-TAC runs airsoft events, including games for beginners.

That's set by each site, not by law. Many sites welcome younger players (often from around 12) with a parent or guardian, and usually require full-face protection for under-18s. Check with the site before you book. Remember you must be 18 to buy airsoft guns, gas and pyro.

It doesn't have to be. Renting at a site is the cheapest way to start, and you can build up your own kit over time. We break down realistic UK costs in Is airsoft expensive?, and there's a beginner glossary if the jargon is new to you.
